1 pound - wild salmon (2 inches thick)
1 bunch - dill, chopped
¼ cup - coconut aminos
2 tablespoons - olive oil
Pre-heat oven to 400.
Combine dill, coconut aminos and olive oil in a blender and mix for 15 seconds.
Place salmon in a large glass-baking dish. Pour sauce over salmon and let marinade for 30 minutes, flesh side down, skin side up. You can also let marinade overnight.
Before baking, turn fish over, flesh side up, skin side down, in the baking dish and place in the oven to bake for approximately 20 minutes.
Remove from over and enjoy.
