WOW Recipe: Juicy Turkey Burgers



Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 3-4 minutes per side, 6-8 minutes total

Serves: 3-4

Ingredients:


Coconut oil spray

2 Cups Spinach

1/2 cup Almond cheese

1 Egg

1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard

Salt

Pepper

1 lb Organic ground turkey

Directions:


Heat a pan with coconut oil, on a medium heat, and sauté spinach. Set aside and let cool.


Cut cheese into 1/4 inch cubes.


In a large bowl, whisk the egg, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper. Add ground meat to the bowl and combine all the ingredients. Once the spinach has cooled, add the spinach and combine evenly into the meat mixture.

Form 4 burger patties.


Cook 3-4 minutes per side on a hot cast iron or grill.


Enjoy with mustard, avocado, hummus or unsweetened ketchup.
