WOW Recipe: Zucchini-Tahini Hummus



Prep Time: 5 minutes

Yields: 4 servings


Ingredients:


2 - green zucchinis

2 tablespoons - sundried tomatoes diced

1/3 cup - tahini

1-2 - lemons, Juiced

2 - whole garlic cloves

2 tablespoons - Basil

¼ teaspoon - pink salt

2 teaspoons - cumin


Directions:


Blend everything in the food processor and enjoy with raw or roasted veggies. This is also great to dip fish, meat, eggs and chicken in. I love it over an omelet.
