WOW Recipe: Simple Butternut Squash



Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 35-40 minutes

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

3 cups - butternut squash, cut into 1 inch cubes

2 tablespoons - olive oil

1 teaspoon - garlic granuals

¼ teaspoon - pepper

¼ teaspoon salt

3 sprigs rosemary

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Peel butternut squash, cut in half and remove the seeds. Cut into 1 inch cubes. 

Add butternut squash to a large bowl and toss with oil, garlic granuals, pepper and salt. Add rosemary leaves from sprigs. Place the butternut squash on the baking sheet in one layer. 

Bake for about 45-60 minutes or until golden brown. If you would like the butternut squash to be crispier, cook for another 5-10 minutes.
