1 lb - Beef sirloin or tenderloin, cubed
1 - Clove Garlic, smashed and chopped
1/4 Cup - Coconut Liquid Aminos Teriyaki Sauce
1 Tablespoon - Sesame oil
1 Cup - Spinach
1/2 Cup - Mushrooms, sliced
1 - Bell Pepper, sliced
Cube beef. Smash and chop garlic.
Place meat in a bowl with 1/4 cup coconut amino teriyaki, 1 tablespoon sesame oil and smashed garlic. Let marinade for 15-30 minutes.
Slice mushrooms and bell pepper into strips.
Heat a pan with oil. Once hot, add meat with marinade, mushrooms and bell peppers. Cook for 10, then add the spinach. Remove from pan and place in a bowl.
Serve with brown rice.
