NEW RECIPE!!!! Sweet and Tangy Black Cod

I'm back in the kitchen after taking about a year hiatus to raise our son, Ari, who loves to eat!!!! I made this for our family the other night for dinner and thought I would share this new recipes with you all!


You can also use this marinade for any protein, like chicken, beef or even tofu! Enjoy and please let me know what you think!

Sweet and Tangy Black Cod:


Ingredients:

6, 6 oz black cod filets

1 bunch cilantro

1 bunch green onion

1 cup coconut aminos (my secret weapon)

1 large lemon

1 lime


Directions:

Diced all of your herbs and put them in a large bowl. Add the coconut aminos. Add the black cod filets and marinade them over night or for at least 2 hours.


Preheat oven to 400. Spray a cookie sheet with olive oil. Place marinated cod fillets evenly spaced out on your cookie sheet. Bake for 25 minutes or until fish starts to flake.


Remove from oven and squeeze with lemon or lime juice or both! Enjoy over rice and a side veggie side or over one of my yummy salads!
