WOW Recipe: Raspberry Cinnamon Chia Pudding



Prep Time: 3 minutes plus 30 minutes or overnight for soaking

Yields: 1 serving


Ingredients:


2 tablespoons - chia seeds

⅔ cup - vanilla almond milk (Unsweetened)

1 cup - raspberries

cinnamon, to taste

2 scoops - Vital Proteins Collagen


Directions:


In a jar with a tight fitting lid, add chia seeds and almond milk. Shake vigorously. Let soak for 30 minutes or overnight in the fridge.

When pudding is thick, add raspberries, cinnamon, stevia, to taste, and collagen peptides. Mix well.


You can eat it cold or you can heat it up in a small pot for about 3 minutes or until it is hot.
