3 - organic limes, juiced
3 - organic lemons, juiced
3 tablespoons - seasoned rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons - coconut syrup or maple syrup
1 tablespoon - ground cumin
2 teaspoons - salt
1/3 cup - extra-virgin olive oil
1 cup - chopped organic cilantro leaves
Combine the lime and lemon juices, vinegar, syrup, cumin, and salt in the bowl of a blender or food processor. Add the olive oil and cilantro and blend or process until smoothly combined.
