Ingredients:
1/2 Cup - Raw cashews
5 - Dates, PITTED
1/2 Inch - piece Ginger Root, peeled
1 - Lemon, Juiced
1 Tablespoon - Coconut Liquid aminos
1 Tablespoon - Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tablespoon - Dijon Mustard (NOT Trader Joes Brand)
1/4 Cup - Filtered water
Directions:
Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth. Feel free to add more ginger
if you would like.
