WOW Recipe: Coconut Forbidden Black Rice



Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Yields: 4 servings

Ingredients:

1 cup - forbidden black rice

1.5 cups - light coconut milk

½  cup - broth

2 tablespoons - coconut aminos

salt, to taste

Directions:

Place rice, coconut milk and broth in a pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer, cover with a lid and cook for 30 minutes or until liquid has evaporated. Mix in coconut aminos. Taste for salt and serve.
