WOW Recipe: Chocolate and Berry Chia Pudding

Prep Time: 3 minutes plus 30 minutes for soaking or overnight

Yields: 2 serving


¼ cup - chia seeds

1 cup - almond or any nut milk (unsweetened)

½ cup - blueberries or strawberries or apples

1 tablespoon - cacao/chocolate powder

Whole Foods Vanilla Liquid Stevia to taste

2 Teaspoons - almond butter (optional)

4 scoops - Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides


In a jar with a tight fitting lid, add chia seeds and almond milk. Shake vigorously. Let soak for 30 minutes or overnight in the fridge. When pudding is thick, add berries/fruit, chocolate, stevia, almond butter and collagen peptides. Stir in.
