Stir Fry Veggies, Kelp Noodles and Ginger Shrimp




Stir Fry Veggies, Kelp Noodles & Ginger Shrimp

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cooking Time: 20-25 minutes

Serves: 4 servings

Stir Fry Ingredients:

1 Bag Kelp Noodles or Shirataki Noodles

2 Cups Kale

1/3 Cup Coconut aminos

½ Teaspoon Granulated garlic

1 Tablespoon Minced ginger (Ginger People brand)

Ginger Shrimp Ingredients:

2 Tablespoons Sesame Chili Oil

1 Pound Shrimp, shelled

Salt, pepper

2 Tablespoons Ginger, minced

2 Cloves Garlic

Directions:

Heat a pan with oil. Add all the stir-fry ingredients to the pan and toss. Let cook for 10 minutes.

Place all shrimp ingredients in a bowl and mix well, coating all shrimp evenly.

Heat a pan with oil and cook shrimp for about 2-3 minutes per a side. 

Add shrimp and noodles to a bowl and serve.
