Happy Monday! Have a Post Super Bowl Hangover Smoothie.

While Super Bowl Sunday may be a glorious American tradition, chances are you may be paying for it today. Beer, pepperoni cheeseballs (yes, that's apparently an actual thing), potato chips, and sour cream dip will leave you feeling heavy and sluggish going into your week. This smoothie will help you feel light, energetic, and like a beacon of health instead!

Lauren's Post Super Bowl Super Smoothie


  • 1 scoop Biotics Pea Protein* or any pea or hemp protein (just not whey protein)

  • 1/3 avocado

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • 1/2 Banana

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • Stevia to sweeten, to taste
