WOW Tip: Healthy Thanksgiving Recipe Ingredient Swaps




Thanksgiving is right around the corner and that means one thing....FOOD AND LOTS OF IT! 

Instead of ruining your healthy eating plan by gorging your face with all the wrong foods, try using some of my easy swaps to make your unhealthy recipes healthier.

Haas Holistic Easy Swaps

-1 Cup Flour = 1 Cup Black Beans

-½ Cup Butter = ½ Cup Avocado or Banana

-½ Cup Vegetable Oil = ½ Cup Apple Sauce

-1 Cup Sugar = 1 Cup Coconut Sugar

-1 Cup Honey/Maple Syrup = 1 Cup Coconut Syrup

-1 Egg = 1 Tsp Chia Seeds + 3 tsp H20

- 1 Cup Milk = 1 Cup Almond Milk

- 1 Cup Cream = 1 Cup Full Fat or Light Coconut Milk 

- Chocolate Chips = Lily's Chocolate Chips
